 Pablo Rosales - "Trenzas Gloriosa"
Pablo Rosales, a stylist that came to San Antonio from Dallas in 1990 was the event coordinator for his production and modeling event titled Pablo Productions "Trenzas Gloriosas". Pablo also directed a recent video shoot during the festivities at the Guadaupe Cultural Center using 10 area models in black. "The theme
of my show is of course, trenzas.""I am showing different cultures such
as oriental, American Indian, and the Mejicanos. Trenzas were also worn
by the Eyptians. "stated Pablo.
"When people use trenzas they can't help but reach back into a culture. When you start putting braids in any style you start taking it to another dimension. When people put them on they may be making a cultural statement or they may be doing just for fun."he added. Pablo has also started a new enterprise where he will help salons promote their businesses. As an example of his objective, he invited other stylist to participate in his production adding that part of promoting yourself as a stylist is to join together and work as a team to show your talent. |
